Founded by Brian Trice, SubseaOps Leadership Group brings deep, hands-on subsea construction experience across diving supervision, offshore construction management, and client site representation. Brian has served globally across West Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the Gulf of Mexico.

  • Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership; B.A. in Business Administration (Project Management & Information Systems).
  • IMCA Air & Bell Diving Supervisor (#3250); extensive CSR / OCM leadership roles.
